All customs, content, and services must be paid in full upfront before any delivery or work begins.

Custom orders are officially placed the day payment is received. I will then provide an estimated delivery timeframe (typically 3–10 business days). You will be notified promptly of any delays.
All custom orders are non-refundable, including in rare cases of late delivery.
Refunds are issued only in very rare circumstances and at My sole discretion. I do not negotiate prices. Pricing will be clearly explained in your custom quote.
Do not send payment for any service without first discussing it with Me and receiving a final quoted price. All prices are individualized and non-negotiable.
Sessions
Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Pricing: $4 per minute (25-minute minimum)
*Sessions must be booked and paid in full at least 24 hours in advance.
*Sessions are text-only or text with live video responses from Me.
*I do not offer cam or Skype sessions.
*You may reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
*No-shows forfeit the entire time slot. I will wait 10 minutes past the scheduled start time.
I reserve the right to end any session immediately, without refund, if you make Me uncomfortable, show disrespect, or attempt to push My boundaries.

Communication & Etiquette
Unsolicited dick pics or any other media will result in an immediate poor first impression and possible blocking.
Be patient. I personally respond to messages across all platforms. Spamming will not get you a faster reply. If you haven’t heard back within 1–2 days, one polite reminder is acceptable (your message may have been buried).
Respect is mandatory at all times.
